About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept through deployment
- Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, and business transformation initiatives
- Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and operational impact
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and emerging technologies
- Support the development of Business Assurance's AI roadmap
- Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and scaling of successful solutions
- Promote project management best practices across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, or a related field
- Proven track record delivering technology or business transformation projects
- Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations
- Agile project delivery experience preferred
- Experience with managing AI projects related to Sales with usage of Salesforce would be a strong advantage
- Fluency in English in addition to local language
