About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept through deployment
Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, and business transformation initiatives
Develop project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, and success metrics
Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and operational impact
Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and emerging technologies
Support the development of Business Assurance's AI roadmap
Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and scaling of successful solutions
Prepare steering committee materials and status updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, or a related field
Proven track record delivering technology or business transformation projects
Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives is highly desirable
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in global, matrix organizations
Agile project delivery experience preferred
Experience with managing AI projects related to Sales with usage of Salesforce would be a strong advantage
Fluency in English in addition to local language.
