About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain financial/operational reporting frameworks, KPI scorecards, and interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau)
Own the end-to-end delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports
Analyze data across ERP systems and finance platforms to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers
Drive the adoption of self-service BI tools
Identify and execute opportunities to automate reporting and eliminate manual tasks
Partner with regional finance and Shared Service Centers to align reporting with business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, BI, Economics, or related fields
4–7 years in finance reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or performance management
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), data modeling, visualization, and SQL, DAX, or Power Query
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau dashboard development
Management of financial/operational KPIs, data governance, and quality management
Expertise in reporting automation, process optimization, and data management best practices
Strong priority and project management with a continuous improvement mindset
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
