About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure successful management of SQF services with long-term viability
- Manage Global SQF team in multiple locations to remain competent and efficient
- Maintain understanding of SGS IT systems and manage audit report reviews
- Develop and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Act as the SQF technical expert and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with other Product Managers for development opportunities
- Provide subject matter expertise to the Global Food Team and contribute to marketing materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in a relevant technical subject (Food or other relevant scientific disciplines)
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the SQF certification business and food safety regulations
- Minimum 5 years of quality assurance and auditing experience, preferably with a certification body
- Digital mindset with experience of compliance, food safety and regulatory intelligence platforms
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Fluent in the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
