About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform and support the execution of administrative and operational routines for the area
- Execute and monitor the operationalization of courses and trainings sold (retail and corporate)
- Ensure accurate recording, updating, and monitoring of information in internal systems
- Assist with communication with clients and instructors to align information and deadlines
- Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, and reports to support management
- Manage course logistics (room reservations, distribution of materials, technical support for students and instructors, airline ticket purchase, hotel reservations)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area's administrative processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed high school
- Preferably currently studying Administration or a related field
- Previous experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
