About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform and support the execution of administrative and operational routines for the area
  • Execute and monitor the operationalization of courses and trainings sold (retail and corporate)
  • Ensure accurate recording, updating, and monitoring of information in internal systems
  • Assist with communication with clients and instructors to align information and deadlines
  • Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, and reports to support management
  • Manage course logistics (room reservations, distribution of materials, technical support for students and instructors, airline ticket purchase, hotel reservations)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area's administrative processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed high school
  • Preferably currently studying Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
