About the role

  • Conduct research and analyze data related to food safety and regulatory compliance
  • Interface with multiple groups to provide necessary technical information
  • Generate documentation on food safety topics for clients and internal departments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety laws and assist clients in compliance
  • Support the review of food labels and ensure compliance
  • Track and analyze emerging regulations in food and nutrition sectors
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and marketing literature
  • Deliver technical training to internal staff and clients

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related field
  • 10+ years experience in food testing, manufacturing, quality assurance or regulatory affairs
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced, highly professional environment
