About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct research and analyze data related to food safety and regulatory compliance
- Interface with multiple groups to provide necessary technical information
- Generate documentation on food safety topics for clients and internal departments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food safety laws and assist clients in compliance
- Support the review of food labels and ensure compliance
- Track and analyze emerging regulations in food and nutrition sectors
- Prepare detailed technical reports and marketing literature
- Deliver technical training to internal staff and clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related field
- 10+ years experience in food testing, manufacturing, quality assurance or regulatory affairs
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced, highly professional environment
