About the role

  • Generate revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and develop long-term business partnerships within the food industry
  • Assess customer needs and create solutions based on the product portfolio
  • Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through solutions applicable for clients’ businesses
  • Cover the Southeast region of the US and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Develop a database of qualified leads in the CRM system
  • Sell and make recommendations on various solutions offered by the company
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities
  • Create effective proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Participate in educational programs offered to clients
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales
  • Experience with ISO standards
  • A true sales “hunter” attitude driven to achieve sales goals
  • Resilient and persistent in closing deals
  • Advanced level of English knowledge
  • Intermediate level of mathematical skills
  • Advanced level reasoning skills and abilities
  • Technical selling skills and product knowledge in product sectors
  • Customer and commercial focus
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective team player with ability to operate without close supervision
  • Intermediate user proficiency in MS Office Suite
