About the role

  • Disciplinary leadership and development of an audit team of approximately 20 employees
  • Management and quality assurance of approximately 150–200 external auditors in the DACH region
  • Optimization, standardization, and digitalization of operational processes
  • Resource planning and cost-, quality- and efficiency-oriented management of day-to-day operations
  • Close collaboration with the certification body, sales, customer service, HR and other stakeholders
  • Qualification and competency assurance for auditors (e.g., performing audits personally and conducting witness audits)

Requirements

  • Degree or comparable qualification with demonstrable auditing experience and ideally a Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 or similar)
  • Extensive technical knowledge in energy and environmental management, sustainability, information security or occupational health and safety
  • Strong commercial/business acumen and initial experience in people management
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Class B driving license and willingness to travel up to 75%
