Responsible for applying principles of accounting to perform general accounting duties
Work closely with the Business Controller and assist with timely and accurate monthly financial statements
Perform Fixed Assets Audits and ad hoc reporting
Support internal departments by giving direction and providing accurate financial results
Analyze actual results against expected performance and communicate areas for improvement
Assist Business Controller in the entire financial cycle, including budgeting/forecasting, internal and external audits, and reconciliations
May train junior members of the team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of experience, including experience with month/year end close
2-3 years’ experience with financial systems (Oracle Projects)
English – Advanced level proficiency
Advanced level proficiency in mathematical skills
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment
