About the role
- First point of contact for customers regarding environmental analytics
- Prepare quotes and monitor execution of orders
- Act as liaison between customers and the laboratory
- Assess analytical results and prepare test reports
- Handle complaints and general administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements
- Degree or completed training in a natural science
- Relevant professional experience in environmental analytics is advantageous
- Strong interest in proactive customer communication
- Proficient German and English language skills required
