About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensures the maintaining and continuous development of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001
- Promotes a culture of quality by fostering awareness, engagement, competency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Leads the local Quality Management and Operational Management System (OMS) organizations
- Direct Site QA/QC testing laboratory operations
- Reporting quality related topics monthly to Site Management and Global Quality Management
- Accountable for customer and supplier complaints regarding quality related issues
- Fostering and enhancing the local Quality Management in close collaboration with the Global Quality Management of BU GS
- Manage and administer all local Controlled Documents
- Coordinate, executing, and analyzing internal and external System and Process Audits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering Degree (4yr) preferred
- A minimum of 5 years in process industry
- Graphite industry and associated processes
- Certified Green Belt or Black Belt
- A minimum of 3-5 yrs experience in Quality Management, ISO 9001
- Qualification "Quality Manager" (ASQ/EOQ)
- Optional qualification "Certified Internal/External Quality Auditor "
