About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as day-to-day direct support for Project Managers on assigned projects as an embedded member of the Core Project Team
  • Assist in coordinating elements of the album campaign cycle
  • Develop understanding of assigned campaigns, including timelines, priorities, and action items
  • Coordinate Project team communications, including planning and scheduling meetings, sharing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items
  • Generate UPCs and ISRCs and work with A&R to collate Label Copy for recordings
  • Prepare and deliver metadata and other NRI materials for distribution title set-up via RIOT
  • Manage production deadlines, stock pressing quantities, quotes, and internal production orders for physical audio formats, merchandise, and value adds
  • Serve as liaison between Projects and Production staff
  • Collect assets from artists, managers, photographers, video directors, mastering houses, and other third parties
  • Disseminate assets to the label team via Basecamp, AirTable, Slack, and other shared resource tools
  • Organize and update project management hubs with project information
  • Coordinate inventory management for artist, label, and retail needs
  • Work with DSP, Retail, and Secretly Distribution teams to optimize digital and physical retail campaigns
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to demonstrate independent thought and action while operating in sync with a team
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Background of 1–2 years in the music industry preferred
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the Secretly Group artist roster
  • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm
