About the role
- Support with purchasing and supplier research
- Optimize our Shopify online store (structure, content, UX)
- Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Create and maintain product listings on Amazon, eBay and Shopify
- Customer support: handle inquiries and returns
- Light accounting tasks (invoices, receipts)
- General support for the founder in day-to-day operations
- Contribute your own ideas: how can we do things better?
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d), field of study irrelevant — motivation matters
- Ideally you have finished most exams and are in the thesis phase, meaning you have availability and can work flexibly
- Fluent German (native or C1+); English is a plus
- Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude — you actively use them to work more efficiently
- Able to quickly dive into new topics and independently find solutions to unfamiliar problems
- Independent, proactive working style
- Interest in e‑commerce and online retail
- Experience with Amazon/eBay/Shopify is a plus
