Key responsibilities & impact

Provide accurate verbal interpretation during family therapy sessions.
Assist families by interpreting and explaining individual treatment plans.
Accurately communicate client progress, concerns, and feedback to therapists.
Administer Quarterly Consumer Satisfaction Surveys and document results.
Provide interpretation services during family advocacy and support services.
Attend monthly Family Support Worker (FSW) staff meetings and trainings.
Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports through the EHR system.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (required).
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have reliable personal transportation.
Must have or be able to obtain an LLC/EIN.
