About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams
Continuously monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners
Facilitate technical and business discussions and take notes to support informed decision-making
Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications
Monitor program performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
Support development and release cycles, including production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and related communications
Collaborate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management
2+ years of experience supporting fintech initiatives such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and similar technologies
General knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, and Watchlists
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Preferred: experience with embedded finance, financial APIs, crypto, or trading/brokerages
Preferred: familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Preferred: understanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management
Preferred: PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification
Preferred: experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environments
