About the role
- Working with the VP Sales, set and measure sales goals and metrics to evaluate sales performance
- Drive sales execution processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are in close alignment and that variances are understood, flagged and corrected. These include marketing, product, and customer success
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion
- Experience with sales automation tools, such as HubSpot and Copper CRM
- Experience with data analytics and sales metrics tools, such as Tableau or AWS QuickSight
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
