About the role

  • Participate in setting up the legal documentation for debt securities issuances
  • Contribute to the drafting and updating of standard/model contracts
  • Respond to legal queries from the front office, back office and the credit department

Requirements

  • Master's degree (equivalent to French Bac+5 / Master 2) in Banking and Financial Law
  • Initial proven experience in a law firm or within a legal department, specifically in bond issuance
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial law
  • Professional level of English, both written and spoken
