About the role
- Participate in setting up the legal documentation for debt securities issuances
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of standard/model contracts
- Respond to legal queries from the front office, back office and the credit department
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and draft legal memoranda
Requirements
- Master's degree (equivalent to French Bac+5 / Master 2) in Banking and Financial Law
- Initial proven experience in a law firm or within a legal department, specifically in bond issuance
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial law
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken
