About the role
- Overall responsibility for the store
- Leading, motivating and developing your team
- Ensuring smooth sales, cashier and stockroom/inventory operations
- Active participation in the store — you lead by example in customer service and teamwork
- Optimal staff scheduling and training of new employees
- Creating and maintaining attractive product presentation and merchandising
- Professional service of our international customers — warm, personal and multilingual
- Implementing and complying with hygiene regulations (food sales)
- Budget responsibility for sales, costs and inventory
Requirements
- Experience in retail, ideally in a leadership role
- Enjoy leading a diverse team — with empathy and clarity
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Passion for customer contact — especially with international guests
- Very good German and good English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong organizational skills, commitment and a hands-on mentality
- Hygiene awareness and a sense of responsibility when handling food
