About the role
- Overall responsibility for the LOLIPOP store at Lucerne SBB
- Lead, motivate and develop your team
- Ensure smooth sales, cash register and stock operations
- Actively work in the store – lead by example in customer service and teamwork
- Optimal staff scheduling and training of new employees
- Create attractive merchandise presentations
- Professionally serve our international customers – warm, personal and multilingual
- Implement and comply with hygiene regulations (food sales)
- Budget responsibility for sales, costs and inventory
Requirements
- Experience in retail, ideally in a leadership role
- Enjoy leading a diverse team – with empathy and clarity
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Passion for customer contact – especially with international guests
- Very good German and good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Organizational talent, commitment and a hands-on mentality
- Hygiene awareness and a sense of responsibility when handling food
