Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
2 to 4 years of progressive accounting experience
Exposure to US GAAP is required
Solid foundation in US GAAP
Basic exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls framework
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Professional English fluency, written and spoken
Ability to work aligned with US Central time zones
Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required
Strong analytical, operational, organizational, technical, management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity
