About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement the most complex parts of your squad's roadmap, maintaining high standards for quality (code, tests, documentation).
Challenge product specs to maximize business impact and reduce unnecessary complexity.
Work autonomously and drive initiatives through to production.
Actively participate in architectural decisions and the evolution of the platform.
Maintain a broad view of the Seyna ecosystem (frontend, backend, infrastructure, DevOps, data).
Deepen expertise in key frameworks or services and raise the technical level of those around you.
Serve as a mentor within your squad: propose solutions, simplify, and unblock.
Promote best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards.
Have a direct impact on the skill development of other software engineers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have excellent mastery of full-stack development (JavaScript / TypeScript, React, backend, AWS).
You can make architectural decisions and explain them clearly.
You are delivery- and impact-oriented, not "tech for tech's sake."
You are comfortable with modern development methodologies.
You have a strong product and business sense.
You enjoy learning, teaching, and helping a team progress.
You can communicate clearly and solve complex problems.
