About the role
- Draft and review complex contracts (group insurance, insurer-on-behalf arrangements, delegated authority agreements)
- Establish and maintain template agreements and contractual documentation
- Advise Seyna teams on all insurance law matters (new products, clauses, interpretations, compliance)
- Actively participate in negotiations with our strategic partners
- Structure and manage compliance processes (DDA, fraud, GDPR, Sapin II, etc.)
- Ensure rigorous legal monitoring in insurance law and contract law
- Provide expertise on high-stakes strategic files and anticipate complex risks
- Supervise, in the medium term, a junior/mid-level lawyer and develop the team’s expertise
- Contribute to business impact by translating legal issues into concrete solutions for brokers and Seyna
Requirements
- You have strong expertise in insurance law (individual health & employee benefits, product distribution — DDA)
- You are skilled in drafting and negotiating complex contracts
- You demonstrate leadership and share your expertise
- You enjoy working in a team and staying close to the business
- You remain calm under pressure and adapt to varied situations
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
