About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft and review complex contracts (group insurance, insurer-on-behalf arrangements, delegated authority agreements)
Establish and maintain template agreements and contractual documentation
Advise Seyna teams on all insurance law matters (new products, clauses, interpretations, compliance)
Actively participate in negotiations with our strategic partners
Structure and manage compliance processes (DDA, fraud, GDPR, Sapin II, etc.)
Ensure rigorous legal monitoring in insurance law and contract law
Provide expertise on high-stakes strategic files and anticipate complex risks
Supervise, in the medium term, a junior/mid-level lawyer and develop the team’s expertise
Contribute to business impact by translating legal issues into concrete solutions for brokers and Seyna

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have strong expertise in insurance law (individual health & employee benefits, product distribution — DDA)
You are skilled in drafting and negotiating complex contracts
You demonstrate leadership and share your expertise
You enjoy working in a team and staying close to the business
You remain calm under pressure and adapt to varied situations
You have excellent interpersonal skills
