Financial Planning and Analysis

• Maintain the Agency’s financial records
• Record financial transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and create financial reports
• Administer benefits and prep payroll
• Maintain and manage government and private grant/contract reporting
• Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports for stakeholders
• Lead the Finance Committee including coordinating meetings and presenting reports
• Monitor budget and fiscal compliance and provide forecasting
• Manage payroll processing and relationship with external payroll vendor
