About the role
- Partner with Account Executives to run the technical side of the sales process.
- Act as a product expert and trusted advisor for customers in municipal, contractor, and engineering sectors.
- Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client use cases.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes that resonate with decision-makers.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer needs and market trends.
- Help prospects evaluate and successfully onboard onto SewerAI’s platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Water Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales.
- Background in water/civil engineering with an understanding of the underground infrastructure inspection and rehab processes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of municipal, contractor, or engineering environments.
- Excellent presentation skills; confident running demos and workshops.
