About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for product management in the Industrial Gearboxes area with a primary focus on planetary gearboxes and participation in the field of spur gearboxes.
- Manage products across the entire product lifecycle – from definition and development through to phase-out.
- Work closely with our international sales and market organizations to capture customer requirements, support product launches and ensure ongoing product maintenance.
- Collaborate intensively with internal departments such as Development (R&D), Production, IT, Communications and other specialist teams.
- Actively contribute to market positioning, pricing strategies and the continuous optimization of the product portfolio.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Solid knowledge of gearbox technology and experience in project management.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (B2 level).
- Confident presence and strong presentation and communication skills – including in front of international committees and forums.
