About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise internal business units and IT stakeholders on requirements, standards and best practices in the material master data domain
- Analyze, design and optimize material master data processes in SAP ERP, S/4HANA and CRM
- Perform functional and technical customizing of the material master and related processes
- Collaborate with internal and external developers to implement solutions and ensure the quality of requirements
- Further develop and harmonize processes and the data model as part of a company-wide material master strategy
- Support testing, rollouts and documentation, and analyse and resolve incidents and change requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in (business) informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the SAP material master data domain
- Excellent knowledge of the material master data model and related business contexts
- Understanding of end-to-end processes and the role of the material master in heterogeneous SAP system landscapes
- Structured, analytical working style with strong communication and consulting skills
- Very good German and good English skills; ABAP knowledge is an advantage
