About the role
- Preparation of monthly service reporting and regular result review meetings with the Service department
- Conducting analyses and ad-hoc evaluations, including identifying and preparing optimization opportunities
- Responsibility for annual budget planning and regular budget reconciliations with the Service organization
- Further development of reporting tools and controlling instruments
- Preparation and timely submission of statistical reports to authorities
- Maintenance, updating and quality assurance of databases, and close collaboration with internal specialist departments
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in preparing reports, analyses and ad-hoc evaluations
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and the SAP modules FI/CO and BW/AO
- Strong understanding of KPIs, data quality and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for close collaboration with internal departments
