About the role

  • Support the Solution Owner in the ongoing development of the 'Quality Management' solution
  • Requirements management and creation of IT concepts for the 'Quality Management' solution, including documentation of delivered solutions
  • Lead national and international SAP projects — from planning and implementation through to rollout
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes in the context of the 'Quality Management' solution
  • Perform system customizing and provide 3rd-level support for the solutions for which you are responsible
  • Coordinate business-side testing for the IT solutions of the 'Quality Management' solution

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Strong knowledge of SAP-based quality management processes, particularly the SAP QM module
  • Excellent German and good English skills
