About the role
- Coordination and support of inspections and root cause analyses for complaints, with a focus on mechatronic products
- Deriving and initiating immediate and corrective actions
- Identifying process- and product-specific improvements through data analysis
- Monitoring the implementation of measures and evaluating their effectiveness
- Technical handling and coordination of insurance claims resulting from high-severity complaints
- Documenting results and preparing technical reports
- Representing technical matters in interactions with customers
Requirements
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in development, quality assurance, or service of mechatronic products
- Initial experience in problem-solving processes, risk assessment, and risk-based decision making
- Good written and spoken English skills
