About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assisting in the effective operation of the Distribution Network
- Managing leakage and ensuring full compliance with all customer, regulatory, and company standards
- Supporting Water Network Technicians in achieving targeted leakage levels
- Contributing to improving ODI performance and overall serviceability of the Distribution network
- Resolving network and customer issues
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
