About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the effective operation of the Distribution Network, particularly in managing leakage
  • Ensure full compliance with all customer, regulatory, and company standards
  • Support Water Network Technicians in achieving targeted leakage levels within district metered areas
  • Assist in resolving network and customer issues
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the effective delivery of operational works
  • Contribute to improving ODI performance and the overall serviceability of the Distribution network
