About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the effective operation of the Distribution Network, particularly in managing leakage
Ensure full compliance with all customer, regulatory, and company standards
Support Water Network Technicians in achieving targeted leakage levels within district metered areas
Assist in resolving network and customer issues
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the effective delivery of operational works
Contribute to improving ODI performance and the overall serviceability of the Distribution network
