About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the team manager in managing the day-to-day operation of water treatment sites
Assist in controlling operations and access for third party work on site
Organise chemical deliveries, contractors, audits, media changes, interventions and services
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
Focus on improving asset availability
Ensure consistent use and application of standardised practices and procedures for H&S risk and quality problems
Manage customer issues in the area
Provide cover for the Team Manager when appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need

High level experience in water treatment and supply
Maintenance, electrical or instrumentation work experience
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organisational skills
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of audiences
Strong understanding and experience of H&S management including managing contractors and suppliers
Supervisory or management experience is highly desirable
Full UK driving license
