About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for making sure our field operations in Water and Waste are on time and right first time, across the region!
  • Liaise with external suppliers, field managers, operatives, local planning authorities, and customers to schedule crucial emergency and planned repair, renewal, and installation works.
  • Jeopardy manage our workflow, redistributing work in a day as priorities and service levels change to meet customer and business need.
  • Make sure that we’re meeting customer expectations and targets by managing the real-time workflows against service levels and Key Performance Indicators.
