About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improve regulatory compliance across Wastewater Recycling
- Develop and maintain high-quality, compliant documentation
- Support and challenge operational teams to meet regulatory and Health & Safety standards
- Monitor performance and report on compliance
- Carry out assurance checks and address risks or underperformance
- Lead activity to reduce operational failures and embed best practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience of driving compliance and improving operational results
- Strong technical knowledge within Customer Operations
- Solid understanding of CDM and contractor management
- Confidence to influence at all levels
- Ability to challenge constructively and shape behaviours
- Capability to simplify complex regulations into practical ways of working
- Experience in using data, root cause analysis and performance insight to drive continuous improvement
