Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience of driving compliance and improving operational results
Strong technical knowledge within Customer Operations
Solid understanding of CDM and contractor management
Confidence to influence at all levels
Ability to challenge constructively and shape behaviours
Capability to simplify complex regulations into practical ways of working
Experience in using data, root cause analysis and performance insight to drive continuous improvement
