About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assisting in the effective operation of the Distribution Network
Managing leakage while ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company standards
Supporting Water Network Technicians in achieving targeted leakage levels
Contributing to improving ODI performance and overall serviceability of the Distribution network
Assisting in resolving network and customer issues
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective delivery of operational works
Minimizing the impact on customers and their communities

Requirements

Proven experience of working under pressure in times of high volume work
Strong communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships
