About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide efficient, effective, and proactive support to the HR team
- Manage diary commitments, appointments, and travel
- Monitor mailboxes, reply to enquiries, and forward necessary communications
- Prepare agendas, collate papers, and take notes for meetings
- Provide finance support when required by raising purchase orders
- Engage with wider teams and external partners to provide administrative support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience in diary management
- Experience managing mailboxes, organising meetings and travel, and preparing presentations
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Integrity and curiosity, with a forward-thinking attitude
