About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide efficient, effective, and proactive support to the HR team
  • Manage diary commitments, appointments, and travel
  • Monitor mailboxes, reply to enquiries, and forward necessary communications
  • Prepare agendas, collate papers, and take notes for meetings
  • Provide finance support when required by raising purchase orders
  • Engage with wider teams and external partners to provide administrative support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrable experience in diary management
  • Experience managing mailboxes, organising meetings and travel, and preparing presentations
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Integrity and curiosity, with a forward-thinking attitude
