About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluating tender submissions to ensure value for money as well as contract negotiations with the support of our commercial department.
Taking responsibility for capital financial management ensuring all deliverables are achieved, within budget, on time and to agreed company standards.
Successful management of framework suppliers and service providers to deliver capital work streams on key construction projects.
Manage projects to ensure CDM standards are met and high standards of H&S compliance.
Drive the project plan and milestone delivery, highlighting issues or blockers to allow the team to support in successful delivery.
Work with the wider Potable Tank Team to ensure all work streams are coordinated and managed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally, degree qualified or with relevant industry experience in Project and Programme Delivery
Experience of managing NEC projects
Proven track record of cost planning and management
Budgetary responsibility
Knowledge of managing projects in construction and following CDM standards
A full UK Driving License is required for this role.
