About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape how we protect revenue and improve billing accuracy
Take the lead on improving the customer journey from billing through to payment
Define and drive the wider revenue assurance approach
Ensure billing is complete, accurate, and on time
Put strong controls in place to reduce revenue leakage, errors, and risk
Influence senior leaders and help shape the wider direction of Retail and Customer Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in revenue assurance, billing, financial control or improving processes in a regulated or high-volume environment
Comfortable working across areas like billing accuracy, revenue recovery, customer adjustments and performance reporting
Strong communicator who can work with senior stakeholders, bring people with you and turn big ideas into clear operational plans
Experience in utilities, energy, telecoms or financial services would be helpful, but it is not essential if you can show us similar skills from another environment
Character, positivity, and a caring attitude matter too
