About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial leadership, partnering and governance for Tactical Asset Planning area
Delivery-side cost oversight and reporting
Lead the development and embedding of Programme Affordability reporting and controls
Work closely with the Commercial team to drive efficiencies
Monitor and report programme affordability, including AMP-level forecasts, budgets and output targets
Deliver clear, accurate financial information throughout the programme lifecycle
Represent programme finances at senior forums
Motivate and inspire your team across a varied and complex programme

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recognised financial or accountancy qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Strong report-writing and communication skills
Comfortable operating both in detail and at a consolidated level
Thrives in a complex environment
Balancing pace, risk and control while enabling the business to deliver ambitious outcomes
