About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with other Network Technicians and Technical Experts to protect the sewer network and assets
Conduct inspections of Combined Sewer Overflow, Non-return Valve, Air Valve, Syphon and Oil Interceptor
Assist with customer investigations and misconnection surveys
Lead and promote a safe working environment whilst ensuring quality standards are met
Identify and define necessary remedial/improvement works
Proactively mitigate network failure risks
Respond to non-urgent customer service issues and queries
Work closely with contract field workers to deliver targets and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of a standard driving license (C1 or Class 2 would be beneficial)
Experience using recording and documenting technology (laptop and phone)
Initiative and problem-solving skills
Character, positivity, and a caring attitude
