About the role
- Managing resources (people, assets, IT and finance).
- Deliver effective and efficient performance management to meet regulatory and company targets.
- Co-ordinating staff, information and resources, ensuring the health and safety compliances are met.
- Manage the leakage and operability performance within the team.
- Identify, support and drive potential improvements within processes.
