About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Designing and delivering impactful community employability programmes, workshops and outreach activities
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with community partners, charities, universities and internal teams
- Supporting adults and young people into programmes, training and employment opportunities
- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and duty of care
- Capturing robust data and outcomes to demonstrate social value and continuous improvement
- Maintaining programme materials, guidance packs, content and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands‑on experience designing and delivering programmes or initiatives
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage varied audiences
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills
- A genuine passion for supporting people and communities facing barriers to opportunity
- Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Desirable experience: Knowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks, Careers & Enterprise Company standards or DfE provider access expectations
- Familiarity with the Skills Builder Framework
- Experience working with priority cohorts (e.g. care experienced, SEND, long‑term unemployed)
- Understanding of social value, outcome reporting or evidence‑led practice
