About the role

  • Delivering the improvement programme for Environmental outcomes
  • Aligning delivery across water and waste
  • Developing and embedding a change programme
  • Creating a risk-based view of wastewater sites
  • Developing a centralised area to bring data sources together
  • Providing operational teams the power of regulatory insight
  • Taking learnings from improvements with the Drinking Water Inspectorate

Requirements

  • Strong regulatory background
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate with people of varying levels, including regulators
  • Experience in delivering and embedding change
  • Experience in delivering tactical improvement programmes
