About the role
- Main decision maker for the adoption of new sewers on behalf of Severn Trent
- Vetting of all new sewer adoption and sewer diversion proposals
- Manage sites within a specific area and build relationships with customers
- Responsible for reviewing the design of sewer adoption & sewer diversion proposals
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to Developer customers
- Supporting in the delivery of the most efficient and sustainable design solutions
- Work closely with Construction Project Managers to assess options & solutions
- Review sewer diversion proposals to ensure network integrity
- Technically assess camera surveys of constructed sewers and advise developers
Requirements
- Previous experience of drainage systems or qualifications in civil engineering preferred, but not essential
- Brilliant attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight timescales with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Personality to build great relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders
- Attitude and drive to do a great job is important
