About the role
- Responsible for delivering an outrageously amazing customer experience
- Build high performing and motivated teams of water specialists
- Ensure team managers have the right support and tools to prioritize work
- Monitor and maintain call & email handling times
- Identify and develop best practices approaches for the teams
- Attend weekly meetings to drive performance and accountability
- Monitor complaints to ensure awesome resolutions
- Identify exceptional talent and behaviors in others
Requirements

- Ability to coordinate multiple teams
