About the role

  • Engage with customers and key stakeholders through various communication channels
  • Manage customer and stakeholder communication as a subject matter expert
  • Focus on localized issues like water quality and flooding
  • Collaborate with Community Fund and Education programme teams
  • Provide regular updates to project teams and manage customer complaint processes
  • Ensure consistent brand strategy and manage reputation throughout the customer journey

Requirements

  • Demonstratable communications and stakeholder experience
  • Previous experience of managing customer communication channels
  • Strong influencing and customer management skills
  • Customer-centric thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel regularly across the region
