About the role
- Engage with customers and key stakeholders through various communication channels
- Manage customer and stakeholder communication as a subject matter expert
- Focus on localized issues like water quality and flooding
- Collaborate with Community Fund and Education programme teams
- Provide regular updates to project teams and manage customer complaint processes
- Ensure consistent brand strategy and manage reputation throughout the customer journey
Requirements
- Demonstratable communications and stakeholder experience
- Previous experience of managing customer communication channels
- Strong influencing and customer management skills
- Customer-centric thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel regularly across the region
