About the role
- Assisting in the effective operation of the Distribution Network
- Managing leakage while ensuring full compliance with all customer, regulatory, and company standards
- Supporting Water Network Technicians in achieving targeted leakage levels
- Assisting in resolving network and customer issues
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective delivery of operational works
- Minimizing impact on customers and their communities
Requirements
- Proven experience of working under pressure in times of high volume work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
