About the role
- Drive risk reduction and performance across Water Quality, Sewerage Treatment, and Environmental work streams under the Aquatrine contract
- Optimising resources for OPEX savings
- Strengthening ability to win new growth contracts through tender support
- Manage stakeholder engagement with MOD and developers
- Ownership of Flow Compliance requirements for Sewerage Treatment project within MOD Package C Contract
- Accountable for protection of MOD water & wastewater networks, infrastructure, permits and licences
- Responsible for ALS sampling delivery, budget, flushing programme and Private Water Supply Risk Assessments
- Responsible for EA compliance in terms of permitting, consents in relation to Abstraction and Sewerage Treatment
- Identification and resolution of critical skills gaps within STS Networks Team
- Identification of process and asset risks impacting contractual and financial performance
- Building and maintaining business relationships with key influential 3rd parties
- Ensure best in class customer care and timely communication with stakeholders
- Consistent reporting and process governance
- Drive continuous improvement developing new, smarter and more efficient ways of working
- Management and inspiring leadership of own team
Requirements
- Solid understanding of water and wastewater networks, treatment processes, and environmental challenges
- Strong analytical skills to interpret network hydraulics
- Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Track record of problem-solving and logical thinking to deliver results
- Leadership ability and motivating teams
- Meticulous attention to accuracy and reliability
- A full UK driving licence
- Advanced IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
