About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model
Practice within a care model prioritizing clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist
Conduct 60-minute intake and 20–30-minute follow-up sessions, using clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length
Adapt and grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices
Provide an average of 5–10+ hours per week of patient-facing appointment time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Board Certified PA (Pennsylvania) PMHNP license in good standing
Priority given to candidates holding at least 3 additional state licenses in open or coming-soon markets
RN Compact licensure preferred
No DEA required; controlled substances are not prescribed
Minimum one year of experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
At least 6 months of telehealth experience
Understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal periods
Evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and guide clinical care
Strong verbal and written communication
Adaptability and motivation to contribute within an early-stage startup
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite
Ability to learn new programs efficiently
