About the role
- As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for clients navigating the perinatal journey. This is a part‑time salaried position, expected to average approximately 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables.
- Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments). 24 client appointments per week.
- Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting.
- Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches).
- Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans.
- Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment.
- Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in Virginia (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist) PLUS additional license in at least TWO or more of the following states (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia).
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women’s mental health.
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.
- Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning.
